Thanks to those who commented on my Day One blog yesterday, how nice a surprise.
Today I decided to listen to Jack Frost, Unearthed and The Slow Crack. There is something about late autumn that brings out Church solo and side projects in my house. In Reflection by Marty Willson-Piper and Manchild and Myth by Peter Koppes are also huge autumnal albums. There is something about dying and decay in all of these releases, and each listen just deepens the sense of longing and lost chances. All beautiful releases, all still wonderful in every way.

You're on a roll Brian. Best group "The Church". Best guitarist "Jeff Beck". Best glam-mope performer "Morrissey". Best meals are meatless foods mixed with booze. By the way Sk's Dabble and Isidore are splendrous.

"manchild & myth" is one of my favorite albums. i have original the clear-vinyl version. this album is an undiscovered *gem*.
