What happened here? I seem to have died a death and forgotten all about this place.
That has changed. I'm in full on Church listening mode again after reading Rob Lurie's flawed but somehow wonderful book, No Certainty Attached.

Brian - how are you doing? Long time no see!
I just finished Rob's book again today, such a great read. It's gotten me listening again too.
Drop me a line!

Hi Daniel, great to hear from you. I liked the book too, especially the historical stuff. Very entertaining.
Been playing in two different bands of late, Altres seems to be on hold, although we do have one gig at the observatory in a couple of months. One band is an experimental outfit with traditional bass, drums, two guitars. really exciting to play with such amazing musicians. The other is me helping out on bass for a friend while their player is away. Just great fun playing bass.
I've also been playing the acoustic and learning new songs, Just learned Beeswing by Richard Thompson and Now Westlin' Winds by Dick Gaughan.
